The House Ways and Means Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Room A-1 to vote on its fiscal 2012 budget recommendation. Chairman Brian Dempsey plans a 1 p.m. press conference to discuss the committee’s proposed redraft of Gov. Deval Patrick’s $30.5 billion spending plan.
